  1. Stop the cheer it just makes things worse. Just stay quiet and people will leave you alone. Their expectations will leave you be. Bipolar on Fire always recommends ’emotional ICU’. If you can, take a break from people give yourself some time to occupy the emotional ICU, it does help. I work all day, so keeping away from people is impossible. I plug my earphones in and ignore everyone. They soon get the message and I don’t have to interact with anyway. It doesn’t take the pain away. It just lessens the load a bit. I’ll be thinking of you. Stay warm in the ICU ❤
